If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason please let me or the salon know as soon as possible so I can have the opportunity to fill that time spot. In order to provide the best scheduling options for my guests I kindly ask for 48 hours notice. Last minute cancellations are subject to a $25-50 re-booking fee.
If you're running late please contact me or the Mint team to let us know. I totally understand that sometimes life happens. If you arrive late I will do my best to accommodate your appointment with the time available. If your service is still able to be preformed, a $15 late fee will be added onto your service total.
However, if you are more than 15 minutes late by my clock we may need to reschedule. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, you will be considered a last minute cancellation and are subject to a $25+ re-booking fee.
If you know you wont be coming to your scheduled appointment please contact us to let me know so I'm able to offer that spot to someone else. First no-show will be charged $50 before being booked again.
Recurring no shows will be noted and no longer allowed to book an appointment with me.
All New Guest Services will require a 50% deposit to reserve your service time. The deposit will go towards the cost of your service.
These appointments also require a 48 hr notice. In the event a 48 hr notice to reschedule or cancel is not given, the deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee. Please understand that appointments are harder to fill at the last minute. This is why I enforce a 48 hr cancellation/ reschedule policy.
To help keep your schedule on track, you will receive a text/email to confirm your appointment 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and a friendly reminder 24 hours prior. Please confirm your appointment as soon as you get the 48-hour message to ensure everything is set.

My top priority is ensuring you leave the salon feeling thrilled with your hair and well taken care of. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your look, please reach out via phone or email within 7 days of your appointment. While I don’t offer refunds, I’m more than happy to make any necessary adjustments to get you absolutely delighted with your hair. Any changes to original service plan will not be considered a "re-do" and will be charged as a new service.
Examples that do not qualify for a "re-do"
If a client changes their mind on the color they requested.
If the level of blonde is not blonde enough and session work is required and was discussed during consultation.
If any alterations were made at home or with another stylist.
Anything being addressed further than 7 days after appointment.

I specialize in low-maintenance, dimensional color and vivid colors, as well as modern shag or layered haircuts. My goal is to provide you with the best in-salon maintenance and at-home routine for you and your hair goals whether you want to be a lived-in blonde or a vibrant unicorn.
Our custom color plan allows you to live your best life without coming to the salon every 6 weeks for maintenance. Most of my guests come back between 10 and 14 weeks and sometimes even longer. Maintenance will depend on your look, lifestyle and budget, which will all be discussed during your consultation.

In order to give the best possible experience, I do ask all new guests to fill out the New Guest Form in order to schedule their first appointment. This form allows me to better customize your experience and gives me the knowledge I need to achieve your hair goals.
When you reserve time for a color appointment, we are blocking off anywhere between 2-4 hours. Due to the nature in which I book my appointments, I do not double book and I reserve that time specifically for you, to focus all my attention on giving you the best possible experience. In order to continue to provide that level of experience for you, I ask for a 50% deposit on any new guest appointments.
Your deposit will be used to hold your appointment time and go toward your final service price. In the event of a cancellation or no-show a $25-50 re-booking fee will be due prior to scheduling another appointment and you must submit a new deposit to hold a new appointment reservation.
If you need to cancel for any reason, please give at least 24 hours notice and I will gladly transfer your deposit to your new appointment reservation. If something comes up on the day of your appointment, please let me know. Day of or last minute cancellations will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Due to safety concerns and limited space, children ( 12 and under ) are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a service and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
